Alexandria, Virginia – Eindhoven, The Netherlands – July 24, 2026 – Datenna is proud to announce its official membership to the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), the premier nonpartisan, nonprofit association dedicated to advancing collaboration across the public, private, and academic sectors to address the most pressing intelligence and national security challenges.
With a long history of thought leadership, advocacy, and fostering collaboration, INSA is the foremost national security NGO. The Alliance works to bring together intelligence, military, government, industry, and academia to build lines of dialogue and support to national security practitioners throughout the sector. To do this, INSA supports a wide range of webinars, op-eds, and training opportunities, as well as numerous conferences for professionals to better understand the field as a whole and make crucial connections in the industry.
By joining this network, Datenna strengthens its ability to support allied governments, defence institutions, and the private sector with provable, data-driven insight on China's emerging technology landscape. In turn, membership as a Small Business provides Datenna with an enviable position on advocacy councils, a voice in publications, and a presence on the INSA website among other well-regarded organizations.
"Joining INSA puts Datenna alongside the organizations shaping how the West understands and responds to strategic threats. China's techno-industrial landscape moves fast and the intelligence community needs data that keeps pace. We are here to provide exactly that."— Jaap van Etten, CEO, Datenna
As our first act as a new member of the Alliance, Datenna will join the Intelligence and National Security Summit, jointly hosted by INSA and AFCEA in late August.
